Policies
Appointments are required for all spay and neuter.
Vaccines and/or microchips can be added to the invoice per owner's request for $20 each.
Pets must be at least 3 months old and over 2 pounds on the day of surgery. Males must have both testicles or incur an additional fee (see additional fees).
We are not currently able to serve French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, or large breed dogs over 80 pounds.
The full, non-refundable cost of your pet’s surgery and any requested add-ons are required in advance (at least 1 week prior) to reserve your surgery appointment date. An invoice will be sent via email when you make the appointment. We accept payment over the phone, online, and in person.
Missed or canceled appointments are non-refundable.
Additional fees may be added to the day of the procedure as needed according to pet health or temperament as this causes additional time spent in surgery or in recovery. See additional fees.
Dogs go home with NSAID pain meds and an E-collar. All pets are discharged with home care instructions on the day of their appointment.
We do not board overnight.
